Philosophy
The name Materials and Methods pays homage to my days as a bench scientist. The materials and methods section of a research paper is the foundation of doing great science. It details both the materials used in the experiment and the scientific process involved. At our pop-up, we strive to be conscientious in all aspects of our material gathering and remain forward-thinking and open-minded with the methods we employ when crafting your experience with us.

Our goal is to provide a dining experience similar to the vibe we get when listening to a memorable album. Our favorite albums have shared qualities: thoughtful exploration of themes and successful challenges against conventional thinking. These albums are timeless, sounding fresh and exciting despite age or the number of times they’ve been played and enjoyed. The same level of thoughtfulness, going against the grain and lots of love are the backbone of each menu.
